****ALL our molds are 3D printed, not made with acrylic housings. Which means there will be travel lines from the print head and minor build up/deep lines etched within areas. If we see those areas they will be lightly sanded to make a smoother casings. If we do not sand the casings then the defect (solid line) runs through your design and is extremely noticeable; more so then when we sand the casings. Our goal is to not have extremely deep etched lines on your final product, as this looks tacky. Thus, our reasoning for sanding. To cover over any sanding areas that might bother you we recommend light coloring, glitter, paint etc.
***Resin Information – Again our casings are 3D printed which means your final product will have a matte finish and NOT be as glossy, if acrylic had been used. We don't recommend 3D printed casings for resin, but we have had customers that don't mind the finish. Please keep this in mind if you are intending to purchase for the use of resin. We recommend if in doubt, test your product before purchasing in bulk.
Our molds are designed to withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees. We have a depth of 1.25" from the bottom to the top of the mold. With the final product depth being 1".
We recommend baking at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The size of each mold is outlined by an additional photo for reference.
TAT on these items is usually 2-3 Business Days. Please allow up to 5-10 business days during rush seasons or during high ordering volumes!!
Please note that our silicone molds are all done by hand. Sometimes small superficial imperfections or fragments may exist. However, we do inspect EVERY mold that leaves our warehouse. We ensure that there are NO DEEP HOLES or MAJOR FLAWS to the inside of the mold; this is what affects the outcome of your design and we want it flawless.
